Grandma came to visit, all the way from Costa Rica. Her talent is art. Art on canvas, art on glass, art on ceramic, but never on a frying pan… until this morning. We call them Jungle Pancakes.

Ingredients:
1 Egg
1/2 Cup of Honey
1 Teaspoon of Butter
1 Cup of Flour
1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon of Baking Soda
1 Cup of Milk
In a large bowl whisk the egg with the butter. Add the rest of the ingredients mixing them slowly and thoroughly until mixture is smooth. Heat mixture in a large skillet over medium low. Fill frosting bottles with the pancake mix and start drawing using the pan as your canvas.
If you are feeling up for it, you can also use food coloring.
