Jungle Pancakes

Grandma came to visit, all the way from Costa Rica.  Her talent is art.  Art on canvas, art on glass, art on ceramic, but never on a frying pan… until this morning.  We call them Jungle Pancakes.

Turtle on Bananas

Ingredients:

1 Egg
1/2 Cup of Honey
1 Teaspoon of Butter
1 Cup of Flour
1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon of Baking Soda
1 Cup of Milk

In a large bowl whisk the egg with the butter.
Add the rest of the ingredients mixing them slowly and thoroughly until mixture is smooth.

Heat mixture in a large skillet over medium low.

Fill frosting bottles with the pancake mix and start drawing using the pan as your canvas.
