I’m making nut butters today. I learned how from a book called DIY Nut Milks, Nut Butters & More.
It is so much fun to make nut butters! It is basically just pulverized nuts or seeds.
Step 1. Choose your nuts or seeds. (Almonds, cashews, and pumpkin seeds shown here.)
Step 2. Grind in a food processor or a high-powered blender.
Step 3: Blend until smooth.
Step 4: Store in an airtight container.
That’s all there is to making basic nut butters. It really is THAT easy.
Want to jazz it up? Add oils, salt, sweeteners, or other flavorings!
