Here is a recipe for a quick, healthy lunch. You need carrots, onions, spring onions and: Schupfnudeln! Schupfnudeln are made of potatoes and translate to “potato dumplings” - they are traditionally German and made so easily :).

I fry all the ingredients, adding a little sunflower oil and seasoning to the carrots before hand. I added the tomato and the chives at last - This is a very healthy, easy and quickly prepared meal. Bon Appetit!
